What is an Escape Room?
An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective knowledge, and wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape within a set amount of time.
Will I be locked in a room?
The initial door into the room will always be unlocked for safety reasons.
How long does the whole experience take?
It depends on your team! The room is scheduled for one hour.
Will other people be in the room with us?
Your team gets the room all to yourselves!
Do I need to bring anything?
Just your brain!
Is there an age limit?
Yes, 13-17 accompanied by an adult.
What if I have never done an escape room?
No problem! Your team will have a walkie talkie for communication. Our
staff is available to give clues when your team gets stuck.
Do I need to book the room in advance?
We recommend that you do to ensure it’s available. However, feel free to walk in during business hours and see if the unthinkable has happened and we aren’t full.
If I have to cancel, can I get a refund?
There are no refunds if you cancel within 24 hours of your booked time, but you can substitute friends or family in that time slot. If you need to cancel or reschedule outside of the 24-hour window please reach out to us at escapeelkcity@gmail.com so we can secure your refund.
How do I pay?
You will pay when you book the room online. We accept Visa, Discover,
and Mastercard.
